History re-written, 200 runs in ODI

Sachin scores a whopping 200 runs against the top ICC team South Africa in the second ODI in three match series. Remember, Sachin played the entire 50 overs and was not out till the end. Better to explain him, warrior of Indian cricket. No better to expect from him, all records he holds and left is triple hundred in Test cricket, Even which can soon be got in the upcoming series. India scored 401 runs, sachin scores 200 runs not out which is almost half of the runs where as he faced just 147 odd balls. Nothing better one can ask for, India looking forward to win a emphatic victory to seal the series 2-0 and sustain the number 2 spot.

India aims at least 5 London Olympic Gold medals

India is known for getting one or two medals overall in the Olympic Games. In the Beijing Olympic, India grabbed its first Olympic gold in shooting, Also a medal each in wrestling and boxing. India is aiming for few gold medals in London Olympics, at least of 5 gold medals. As performance in recent days in the sports like badminton, wresting, boxing were immensely satisfying and India can hope for few medals from shooting this time as well. If one considers the no of medals to the population of the country, it is India which is at the lowest of all the participating nations. Even no of participants is exponentially less compared to that china and America. Main problem of India’s failure in world level sporting event like Olympic is infrastructure dedicated to sports and another factor is corruption. Sania nehwal, currently sixth in world badminton for women is expected to get a medal this time around. She went till pre-quarters last time, with some great performances. Abinav Bindra is expected to contest in same event as last time and grab gold again. My prediction would be medals from badminton, boxing, shooting and wresting, at least one or two from each of those events.

Blood Diamond – True political story

The film Blood Diamond was released in the year 2008. The film is based upon finding diamonds in some African nation. Various countries lodge in the nation to trace the availability of diamonds and their location. The officials use the locals to mine the diamonds. When someone tries to rob the rigged diamond, they kill them. Many of whom were killed like so. Hero Leonardo’s performance is same as superb as his previous films. In the start of the movies, a shot on an African family, whose kid loves to learn and education. A revolutionary group tries to kill all the citizens. The family that I mentioned, a son was taken by armed men to inculcate him the group of violence, the father was forced to work in mining of diamond. His finds a large pink colored diamond, which he tries to hide in some dig. The entire film is about tracing of that diamond by the hero and his African friend who buried that precious diamond. That African does not know the worth of the diamond. The climax is about whether or not the diamond is found and son of the African is rescued or not. This film really explained me about the world politics.
